Delete your Mentizo data
Mentizo is anonymous — we never know your name or email. Your data consists of an anonymous player ID with its points, best scores, daily streak and gameplay history.
In the app (fastest)
Open Mentizo → Settings → Delete my data.
This permanently removes your anonymous profile and everything attached to it. This cannot be undone.
Can't use the app anymore?
Email us at mentizo@b-bos.nl from the device situation you're in, and we'll help you delete your data. Because profiles are anonymous, we may ask you for details shown in the app (such as your player code in Settings) to locate the right profile.
Note: uninstalling the app or clearing its storage disconnects your device from its anonymous profile permanently — we cannot re-link it to you, because we don't know who you are. The orphaned profile is removed by our retention cleanup.
